Fill in your personal data, your machine ID, the product key, and accept the license agreement before your go on to the next step. Please use a correct e-mail adress as it is used to send you a confirmation e-mail.

1. Enter your machine ID
Where can I find this ID?
 
You can find your Machine ID in the settings of your sewing machine. Go to:
Setup Program > Machine Settings > Information > Machine ID



If you cannot find the Machine ID in the settings, please make sure that you have installed the latest firmware update.
