BERNINA Non-Stick Open Embroidery Foot #56 is similar to Open Embroidery Foot #20, Foot #56, but has an added coating on the sole to make it glide over fabrics that normally stick to metal presser feet such as plastic, vinyl and leathers.
The soles of these BERNINA presser feet have wedge-shaped indentations that provide room for heavy decorative stitches to easily pass under the foot.
The opening between the toes makes the needle area easily visible.
